Lilli Poussa and Terhi Ylikoski are foresight specialists working in Sitra’s foresight team. The aim of the team is to popularize futures thinking and democratize futures. Lilli and Terhi’s expertise lies in developing futures thinking methods and tools, e.g. the Futures Frequency workshop method and Cards of Hope game. They want to make futures thinking part of every change-maker’s toolbox.

Terhi holds Master of Arts and Master of Hospitality Management degrees. Lilli has master’s degrees in social sciences and in service design.
