Gehl
Gehl is an urban planning and design company making cities for people and planet using life-centered data, strategy, and design. In doing so, we hope to create a future we all want to live in. Gehl’s Research and Development team investigates issues, such as how we best integrate new technologies, e.g. AI, into our work and challenge our existing methods to make sure we include all life and perspectives when we plan future cities.
Nina Cecile Højholdt (she/her) is Creative Technology Lead at Gehl, and part of the R&D team. She works in the intersection of code, data and design to develop Gehl’s digital methodology. By working with new technologies through a human-centered approach, Nina is part of developing new perspectives on how Gehl studies public space and public life, and the lived experience of these. Nina is interested in softer digital futures and the politics of computational technology. She holds a master's degree in Interaction Design and has a background in programming and interactive art.
